Terms and Conditions

Club Members will receive a discount on drinks from the time the Membership Card is issued. No payment of membership, no Loyalty Card, no Members’ discount. Players, no payment of membership, no insurance, therefore not eligible to play. Cards must be swiped for every purchase to get the discount. Cards are specific to Members and not transferable except for Sponsors cards which are for Company use. Lost cards will be cancelled and will cost £5 to replace. The use of a card other than your own will be considered an abuse of the system and will result in it being withdrawn.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
GDPR PRIVACY STATEMENT - The information given on this form will be entered on a database and held securely by Pontyclun Rugby and Sports Club on computer. Personal data is limited to names, mobile numbers and emails and used only to publicise club events and pass relevant notices from Team Management, the Management Committee and our governing body the WRU. This information will not be passed to third parties This information is retained only for the period of membership however you have the right to withdraw consent to store the data at any time or to lodge a complaint by contacting the Management Committee.

It is not possible to amend or cancel orders once placed.

If your order is refunded, either because a product is unavailable or as a goodwill gesture it will be processed through the cash desk tills, either by cash or returned to the card used, at the management’s discretion.

In order to use the PONTYCLUN RUGBY FOOTBALL CLUB LIMITED and / or its services the user must be 16 or over. If any alcoholic drinks are purchased, the purchaser and any other consumers in the party must be over 18 and able to provide valid ID on request.
